At Vivitar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your device, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
